We have attended many shows and event's across the UK over the past 40 years, becoming more and more involved with event organisers, and learning many of their tips and tricks along the way. Our event management team have the expertise to help in all and any roles needed for supporting your event.

We have been actively involved in the management of events for over 40 years, and we are able to assist any organiser in any management services they may need. We have worked with organisers to manage traffic in and out of the event, parking & staff areas, back stage management & organisation, stall & trader management, road signage and many other services.

Event Sanitation

With our many contacts we have made over the years we can help you arrange all the toilet and fresh water needs for your event, from a few portable toilets for a village fete or a massive ameniety complex for large event and concerts, we can arrange coverage for you. We can also arrange all the extras, including toilet attendents, high capacity water bowsers for extended operation, event portable shower units for multi day event if needed, and plenty of fresh water in bowsers, both for drinking and sanitary support.

We work with our partners to ensure all our services are kept clean, emptied frequently, and kept to a high standard so not only you are happy, but most importantly your guests and the crowds are happy.

Event Lighting & Generators

We can arrange complete power and lighting solutions for your event.

Not only do we own and operate our own generators we use for our own equipment, we also have the contacts to arrange anything from lights in a marquee to artic lorry mounted generators that can power complete stage rigs and more.

We can arrange for your event to be kept well lit through the night and make sure that all the busiest areas are kept safe.

Staging & Equipment

We have many contacts in the industry for staging and stage hire. We can help you find the perfect stage for your event.

From dance floors and band stands to pop concert stages and grandstands, we have the contacts you need. We can group other services together to take the hassle out of your event.

Security

We are in a perfect position for event organisers to provide security for your show or event. We have our own team of professional and courteous security professionals and can cover your event with the minimum of fuss.

Temperature Controlled Storage

As a mobile catering company, we have our own specialist transport & storage equipment, From chest freezers and bottle fridges to our 18 ton dual climate refrigerated lorry which can store products down to -20c. We also have vehicles equipped to act as cellars for bar equipment which can be easily moved anywhere needed. We can transport & store your temperature sensitive stock & equipment anywhere in the country.

We first engaged the services of Farrs Event Catering around five years ago when they attended our Caravan and Motorhome Show with one of their mobile catering units. We were very impressed by their professional manner and quality of their produce and asked Bailey to take over the full catering concession for all of our outdoor Caravan and Motorhome Show events. All catering needs have been met with a food court area which serves a variety of choice and meets any dietary requirements needed. A fully stocked bar is also provided at our events which is used not only by day visitors but also by the large amount of on-site campers which we have staying for the weekend. Bailey and his staff have always been extremely friendly, approachable and very well presented. Bailey was also able to set up an indoor screening of an international football match at an afternoons notice at one of our events! Bailey goes above and beyond his role at each event, organising a multitude of vendors ensuring that each is providing the same high standard of food that Bailey provides from his own units. I cannot recommend Farrs Event Catering highly enough, they have taken complete control of all our catering requirements which has taken away a huge amount of stress.
